Edgar J. Barnett Jr. is the founder and CEO of TBG Consulting LLC, in Copley, Ohio, the premier provider of high-quality organization development consulting services. He saw a need to help small businesses start off on the right foot, as 90% of businesses fail after their first year. With a Master of Public Administration (MPA) Degree from the University of Akron, Mr. Barnett brings more than 20 years of for-profit and nonprofit management experience in organization development, as well as change and strategic management.
Mr. Barnett combines this expertise with his skills as a certified mediator to improve an organization's problem-solving and renewal process, particularly through a more collaborative diagnosis and management of organization culture. He places special emphasis on forming work teams and inter-group culture. Mr. Barnett has also held numerous seminars in leadership training, nonprofit board development and strategic planning.
